All was great and would have given 5 starts but the rooms close to the lobby - the staff forgets that the rooms / the guest are so close and they tend to talk very very loud during the morning hours like 4,5 6 am!!! Plus the musical being played out front / parking lot being my room faced the parking 1st I can hear the music throughout the night!!

Stayed in the suite loved the heart shaped tub and the bed was comfy all in all for a hotel in the Bronx really clean and provides lots of room amenities. Never left my room so I don't know about downstairs but I saw a mart. The manager on site Raj was nice on checking in and clearing up my questions and the payment process.

The staff didn't seem to want to interact at all and we paid significantly less for more accommodations. The hot tub was extremely dirty.

I have stayed at this hotel several times now and it is an amazing hotel. The rooms are always clean. The staff are amazing very helpful. The morning breakfast is so delicious. Room was very clean. Twice we needed something and I think it was at the room in 60 seconds. The staff was polite and helpful. Liked the free parking

Room was nice and no smell of cigarettes was welcoming. Jacuzzi and main shower didn’t have hot water. Luke warm at best. The room was hot and could not get the ac to turn on or lower the heat.

My over all stay I would say is a 99.6%. The only thing I had a problem with was the fake eggs and cardboard turkey sausage. The hot tub room is the one I reserved with ease and the room was really nice. The facility also has maintenance 24/7 and they are prompt! Wish they could include a smoking area and I could look past the pretend food ??
